Fertility & Birth Doula in London
Fertility Support & Fertility Doula
Practical, emotional and evidence-informed support when trying to conceive naturally or navigating fertility treatment and IVF.
Support While Trying to Conceive
My work is shaped by more than a decade supporting clients and by my own nine-year fertility journey to motherhood, including miscarriages, various treatments and IVF.
Based in Wimbledon and supporting clients across London and worldwide, I can help you prepare for appointments, understand the questions you may want to ask, explore treatment options, consider relevant lifestyle factors and work through difficult decisions. My role complements your medical care. I do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe treatment.
My Experience and Approach
-
Professional and personal experience: More than 10 years supporting fertility clients, alongside my own experience of infertility and treatment.
-
Over 100 women and couples supported: Helping clients navigate fertility challenges, decisions and different paths to parenthood.
-
A whole-person approach: My training in Health Coaching, Positive Psychology and Doula support allows me to consider both practical and emotional needs.

Emotional Support During IVF
IVF can be emotionally exhausting. The waiting, uncertainty, appointments, medication, changing plans, financial strain and feeling that your life is on hold can make it difficult to switch off or think clearly.
I offer a space where you can talk openly about what you are feeling without fear of being judged or feeling that you need to protect anyone else. We can work through worries, difficult decisions, treatment setbacks and the pressure that often builds during IVF.
My role is not to tell you to “stay positive”, “just relax” or that “everything will work out in the end”, but to help you feel more supported, grounded and able to cope with each stage of treatment.
IVF and Fertility Treatments & Tests Support
Fertility care can quickly become overwhelming, especially when you are faced with unfamiliar tests, medical terminology and several possible treatment options.
I can help you organise the information you have been given, understand what different fertility tests are looking for, prepare questions for your appointments and think through the pros and cons of the options being discussed with you.
This may include conversations around ovarian reserve testing, semen analysis, sperm DNA fragmentation, PCOS impact, Endometrial Microbiome and Receptivity, IVF protocols, PGT-A, ICSI, donor conception or other treatment pathways, depending on your situation.
My role is to help you feel better prepared for discussions with your fertility specialist so you can make informed decisions about your care. I do not diagnose conditions or recommend medical treatment.
